Job Description
Teaching and Lecture Delivery • Deliver clear lectures on Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry. • Explain tough concepts using simple, real-world examples. • Align daily lessons with the latest JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET syllabi. • Use smart boards and digital tools to make classes engaging. Content and Material Development • Design high-quality study notes, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and question banks. • Create exam-oriented mock tests, quizzes, and assignments. • Update course material regularly based on recent exam trends and question patterns. Student Assessment and Doubt Resolution • Conduct regular tests and evaluate performance scores. • Track individual student progress and spot weak areas. • Host dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to solve complex numericals and reactions. Mentorship and Motivation • Guide students on time management and exam-taking strategies. • Motivate students to handle academic stress and exam anxiety. • Update parents on attendance, test scores, and overall growth.
